Moon.com Rakeback: 3.5% of Fees, Once Moon Activates It
Short answer
Documented, with gaps: Moon returns 3.5% of fees paid, but only after it activates rakeback on the account.
Moon.com rakeback returns 3.5% of the fees a user pays, but only after Moon switches it on through a partner sign-up or the Bronze VIP level. The largest gap is that Moon's documents do not mention a rate or charging interval for the periodic holding fees its terms allow. People below the minimum age in Moon's terms, or located in a country on its prohibited list, must not use the service.
Moon.com is a website where users bet with leverage on whether an asset price goes up or down, with Moon.com as the counterparty to every bet, run by Moon International Limited.

Moon's help center says accounts opened through an affiliate normally get rakeback switched on: 3.5% of the fees you pay comes back.

What is Moon.com rakeback?
Moon.com rakeback is a feature that pays back part of the fees a user pays on bets. As of October 2026, Moon's help center says it returns 3.5% of those fees once Moon activates it for the account. The help center calls rakeback a form of passive earning.
Rakeback on Moon applies to every wager, according to the help center article on the feature. The article says a user gets an amount back on a losing wager and on a winning wager alike. The return is tied to fees, not to the result of the bet. Moon's help center names the sources of those fees: opening a wager, and closing a bet at a profit. Rakeback hands a share of those charges back to an account where the feature is active.
Rakeback on Moon is not switched on for every account by default. Moon's help center says the return applies if Moon activates the feature for the account. The help center article describes a partner route and a wagering route to activation. Accounts that come from a partner streamer or affiliate use the first route. The wagering route runs through Moon's VIP program and its Bronze level.
Moon's fee guide sets the opening fee at 1% of the wager, charged when a new bet opens. The same guide describes a performance fee on realized profit, with a minimum of 10% of that profit. Moon's terms call Moon the House, the counterparty to every bet. The terms describe the performance fee as the House's main edge on bets. Moon Legit's Moon.com fees page explains how each charge is worked out.

How does Moon.com rakeback get switched on?
Moon.com switches rakeback on through a partner sign-up or through its VIP program, according to its help center. An account created through a streamer or a known affiliate that Moon works with normally gets rakeback automatically. A user can also gain rakeback by wagering until the account reaches the Bronze VIP level.
Moon's help center calls the partner route the easiest way to get rakeback. The route covers users who arrive from a streamer or from an affiliate that Moon cooperates with. When an account is set up that way, the article says rakeback would normally switch on by itself. The word normally signals that the article stops short of promising activation in every case. Moon Legit's Moon.com referral code page covers how Moon's referral links work.
Moon's help center gives a fallback for accounts where the partner route did not apply. In that case, the article says the user can contact Moon's Support team, which will help further. The Support chat also carries the VIP route. At the Bronze VIP level, the help center says a VIP Manager contacts the user through that chat and enables rakeback for the account.
Moon's help center describes the second route as getting rakeback simply by wagering. As of October 2026, Moon's VIP page lists the Bronze level at a wager amount of $10,000. Once an account reaches Bronze, the help center says rakeback arrives along with other perks of that rank. Moon's getting-started guide says the VIP program rewards users as they play more, win or lose.

How does Moon's Bronze VIP level turn on rakeback?
Moon's Bronze VIP level switches on rakeback through a VIP Manager. Moon's VIP page lists a wager amount of $10,000 for Bronze, as of October 2026. After an account reaches Bronze, the help center says a VIP Manager contacts the user through the Support chat and enables rakeback.
Moon's VIP page describes a dedicated VIP host who supports a member's betting needs. The rakeback article lists rakeback as one of several benefits that come with the Bronze rank. The VIP page shows Bronze next to a single figure, a wager amount of $10,000. Moon's help center calls rakeback a form of passive earning. The same article says the return applies to losing wagers as well as winning ones.
Moon's fee guide describes the wager as the capital a user commits to a bet. The guide keeps the wager separate from the total leveraged exposure of the position. Section 8.6 of Moon's terms says the most a user can lose on any bet is the wager. Moon's leverage guide says the max loss price appears before a user confirms any bet.
Moon's help center says the VIP Manager reaches out shortly after the account reaches Bronze. The contact runs through the Support chat, according to the rakeback article. Once rakeback is active, the help center says the user can find it under Account, then VIP, then Rakeback. Moon's getting-started guide ties VIP rewards to how much a user plays, not to results.

Where does Moon show rakeback and fees?
Moon shows rakeback under Account, then VIP, then Rakeback, once the feature is active, according to its help center. The fee for each bet appears in the wager summary before the user confirms it, says Moon's fee guide. Moon's terms say fees leave the account automatically, taken from the balance or from a payout.
Moon's betting glossary repeats the point, placing the fee in the trade summary area before confirmation. The getting-started guide points users to a fee modal that shows what they would pay in different scenarios. Moon's fee guide also invites users to try out the fees through a fees menu. The rakeback article says fees arise when a user opens a wager or closes a bet at a profit.
Moon says its profit and loss figures include fees throughout the life of a position. The fee guide contrasts that with platforms that show profits before fees and execution costs. A separate line in the fee guide says fees, liquidity adjustments and estimated proceeds are shown to the user wherever possible. Moon's leverage guide marks displayed profit as subject to Moon's fee structure.
Moon's terms make the user responsible for keeping enough balance to cover fees. Fees are non-refundable under the terms, except where law requires a refund or the Fee Schedule, Moon's published list of fees, says otherwise. If an account closes, the terms say Moon will use reasonable efforts to help withdraw the remaining balance. That help depends on finishing any open verification, legal holds or fees owed.

Does Moon.com pay rakeback on losing bets?
Yes, Moon.com pays rakeback on losing bets for accounts where the feature is active. The rakeback article says a user gets an amount back on any wager, losing or winning. As of October 2026, Moon's fee guide charges a 1% opening fee on every new bet. The guide charges no performance fee on a losing bet.
Moon's fee guide calculates the opening fee on the wager alone, not on the leveraged exposure. Its worked example puts the opening fee on a $1,000 wager at $10. The betting glossary adds that the 1% opening fee applies again each time a user flips a position. Moon's rakeback article links the return to the fees a user pays, win or lose.
When a position closes at a profit, Moon's fee guide says a performance fee may apply. The guide calculates that fee on realized profit, with a minimum of 10% of that profit. Any performance fee comes out of the proceeds before settlement, and the final amount received reflects it. Section 9.2 of Moon's terms is the clause that describes the performance fee.
As of October 2026, Moon's leverage guide says users can choose leverage of up to 1000x. The same guide says a position is liquidated as soon as its loss equals the original wager. It warns that a 0.1% price move against a bet at 1000x can wipe out the entire wager. Moon's terms describe the service as an entertainment and gaming product for recreational use.

Can Moon change its fees and promotions?
Yes, Moon's terms leave both fees and promotions to Moon's decision. Section 10.1 lets Moon offer fee rebates and other promotions at its sole discretion, each under terms published with the offer. The terms also let Moon amend the Fee Schedule at any time by posting an updated version on the platform.
Section 10.1 of Moon's terms calls each such offer a Promotion. The terms Moon publishes with an offer become part of the user's agreement, according to that section. Section 1.2 names the Fee Schedule among the documents a user accepts by creating an account or using the services. A user who fails to pay fees when due must cover Moon's reasonable collection costs, including legal fees, under the terms.
Section 8.5 of Moon's terms allows periodic holding fees on bets that stay open. The clause says those fees follow product specifications that Moon publishes and may amend from time to time. Moon's terms also provide for a dormancy fee, set out in the Fee Schedule, on accounts with no login or betting for 12 months in a row. The terms list holding fees and withdrawal fees among the charges a user agrees to pay.
Moon's terms bar any technique designed to avoid or reduce the performance fee in Section 9.2. The same list bars strategies that exploit latency, pricing delays or feed anomalies. It also bars methods built to remove or sharply cut the downside risk on a bet. Moon's terms state that the performance fee is charged in addition to the other fees in the Fee Schedule.

Who runs Moon.com, the company behind its rakeback?
Moon.com is run by Moon International Limited, according to Section 1.1 of its terms. The terms say the company is incorporated in the Union of the Comoros, with registration number 16151. Its registered office is in Hamchako, Mutsamudu, on the island of Anjouan.
Moon's terms call Moon.com the House and make it the main counterparty on each bet placed on the platform. The House pays winning payouts and keeps losing wagers, according to the terms. The terms name the performance fee as the House's principal edge on bets. Moon's help center frames rakeback as a share of fees paid, returned to an account where Moon activates the feature.
As of October 2026, the public license register of the Anjouan gaming regulator lists Moon International Ltd with the status valid. The same register row lists the domain moon.com, an issue date of 2026-01-31, and an expiry date of 2027-01-30. Moon's terms are governed by the laws of the Union of the Comoros. Moon Legit's Moon.com review page weighs the wider question of trust in the operator.
Moon's terms list a complaints email address for users who want to raise a grievance. Moon's help center sends users without active rakeback to the Support team. The terms say Moon will correct a fee charged in error and adjust the account. Liability under the terms is capped at the greater of fees paid to Moon.com in the prior 3 months or USD 100.

Who can earn rakeback on Moon.com?
Only eligible adults outside Moon's prohibited jurisdictions can use Moon.com and earn its rakeback. As of October 2026, Moon's terms require users to be at least 18 years old, or older where local law sets a higher minimum. Section 3.2 lists prohibited jurisdictions and also excludes sanctioned countries and any country needing a local gambling license that Moon does not hold.
The Section 3.2 list in Moon's terms runs from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe. The list includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Ontario, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands. It also covers Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and South Africa, among others. Users must not access or use the services from any place on that list or any other prohibited jurisdiction, according to the terms.
Moon's help center says identity verification, known as KYC, must be submitted before a deposit. KYC approval is required before a user can withdraw funds. Moon accepts deposits in cryptocurrency only, according to the same help center article. Withdrawals face identity checks, anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing (AML/CTF) checks, limits, network fees and processing times, under Moon's terms. Moon supports passkey login, according to its security help article.
Moon's terms let each person hold only one account unless Moon gives written approval for more. The terms say the service is not an investment, trading, brokerage or financial advisory service. They add that the platform offers no spot trading of digital assets. Moon has no native mobile app, according to its help center. The help center says users can add Moon to a phone's home screen as a progressive web app.

What we could not verify
Moon Legit could not verify how Moon.com rakeback behaves on a live account. Nobody on the site opened a Moon account, so rakeback crediting, VIP Manager contact and Support replies went untested. Moon Legit checked 26 Moon pages retrieved on 2026-10-18: 23 English help center articles and 3 other moon.com pages.
None of those pages gives a rate or a charging interval for holding fees. Section 8.5 of Moon's terms allows periodic holding fees and points to product specifications for the details. Moon's documents also do not mention a gaming license number. The valid status reported here comes from the Anjouan regulator's public register, not from Moon's own help center or terms.
Moon Legit did not test how quickly rakeback appears under Account, VIP, Rakeback after a bet. The site also did not test whether accounts from a partner streamer or affiliate get rakeback without asking. Nobody contacted Support or a VIP Manager, so response times and the quality of help are unknown. Payout speed and withdrawal handling were not tested on a real account either.
Moon's terms say withdrawal requests face identity verification, AML/CTF checks, limits, network fees and processing times published on the platform. Requests at or above a review threshold that Moon sets go through extra screening before release. That screening uses automated tools, including analysis assisted by artificial intelligence, of betting history and account activity. Moon Legit did not see how either step works on a real request.
