Moon.com Referral Code "ACES": Promo Code for 3.5% Rakeback
Moon.com referral code (offer code at sign-up)
- What it does: links your account to this site. Moon says accounts opened through an affiliate normally get rakeback switched on, which returns 3.5% of the fees you pay. help.moon.com
- What it does not do: no deposit bonus and no fee discount. Moon's pages name neither.
- Moon's sign-up form calls it an offer code: the field reads "Offer code (optional)". Enter ACES there, or open Moon through the link and it is filled in.

Short answer
Documented, with gaps: affiliate sign-ups normally get 3.5% rakeback, but Moon's documents mention no code fee discount.
ACES is a referral code for Moon.com, and Moon's help center says affiliate sign-ups normally get rakeback automatically. The largest gap is that Moon's documents do not mention any fee discount linked to a referral or promo code. People located in a jurisdiction that Moon's terms prohibit, and anyone below the legal gambling age, must not use the service.
Moon.com is a leveraged price-betting platform where users bet that a market price goes up or down, Moon takes the other side of each bet, and Moon International Limited runs it.

Code ACES: rakeback for affiliate sign-ups.
Moon's help center says accounts opened through an affiliate normally get rakeback switched on: 3.5% of the fees you pay comes back.

What does the Moon.com referral code ACES do?
ACES is a referral code for Moon.com, and Moon's help center links referral sign-ups to rakeback. Rakeback is a share of the fees you pay that Moon hands back to you. As of October 2026, the help center says an account with rakeback switched on gets 3.5% of its fees back.
Moon's rakeback article describes two ways to get the feature switched on for an account. The first is to arrive from a streamer or a known affiliate that Moon works with. The article calls that the easiest route. Accounts opened that way would normally have rakeback activated without any request, according to the same article. The second route runs through wagering, and Moon's VIP program handles it.
Rakeback is worked out on fees, not on the size of a wager or a payout. Moon's help center says fees arise from two events: opening a wager and closing a bet at a profit. The same article says you gain something back on every wager, whether it wins or loses. A bet does not have to win for the feature to count it.
Moon also runs an affiliate program for partners who bring in users. Its affiliate page says partners earn a default commission equal to 10% of the theoretical profits their referred users generate. That commission goes to the partner, not to the person who signs up. Moon's documents do not mention any discount on fees linked to a referral code or promo code. A separate Moon Legit page explains how rakeback is paid and tracked.

Is there a Moon.com promo code or Moon.com offer code?
The benefit Moon.com documents for a referral, promo or offer code is rakeback on fees. Moon's help center expects accounts that come through a known affiliate to have rakeback on by default. Moon's documents do not mention any welcome, sign-up or deposit bonus.
People search for the same thing under several names, such as moon com promo code or moon offer code. Moon's rakeback article frames the topic around affiliates instead. The article describes accounts that come from a streamer or a known affiliate that Moon cooperates with. It calls that route the easiest of two ways to get rakeback switched on. The second way depends on reaching a VIP level.
A Moon referral code is not documented as a fee cut. Moon's documents do not mention a discount on fees tied to any referral or promo code. Rakeback is a different mechanism. You pay each fee in full, and Moon returns a share of the fees you have paid. Moon's terms say fees come out of your account balance or payouts automatically.
Some account rules apply to every user, whatever route they took to sign up. Moon's terms limit each person to a single account, unless Moon gives written permission for more. You must be 18 or over, and older still if your local law sets a higher age for wagering products. Moon Legit's full Moon.com review covers the wider account rules and how the platform works.

How does Moon activate rakeback on an account?
Moon activates rakeback through one of two routes, according to its help center. Sign-ups that come through a streamer or a partner affiliate usually get it switched on by default. Players who reach the Bronze VIP level get it from a VIP Manager. If neither applies, Moon's support team can help.
The affiliate route begins at signup. The help center expects an account created through a known affiliate to have rakeback active without any extra step. Moon's article does not promise this in every case, because it uses the word normally. Once active, rakeback shows up in the account menu under Account, then VIP, then Rakeback. That screen is where you can confirm the feature is on.
Volume is the second route. Moon's help center says you can also earn rakeback just by wagering. At the Bronze VIP level, a VIP Manager contacts you through the support chat. The manager then turns rakeback on, together with other perks of that rank. As of October 2026, Moon's VIP page shows a wager amount of $10K for Bronze.
Support is the fallback in Moon's rakeback article. If rakeback is still missing after an affiliate signup, the article points you to the support team for further help. The VIP Manager contact for Bronze players also runs through the support chat. Moon's terms list a separate complaints email address as well. Moon Legit did not contact support, so response times are unknown.

Which Moon fees does rakeback pay back?
Moon's rakeback returns a share of the fees from two events: opening a wager and closing a bet at a profit. As of October 2026, Moon's help center lists a 1% opening fee on each new bet. On a winning bet, the performance fee takes at least 10% of the realized profit. Losing bets carry no performance fee.
Moon bases the opening fee on the amount you wager, and leverage, the multiplier on market exposure, does not raise it. Moon's fee article gives an example where a $1,000 wager produces a $10 opening fee. The wager summary shows the fee before you confirm the bet. Profit and loss figures on Moon include fees throughout the life of a position, the fee article says. Moon's glossary adds that flipping a position also costs a 1% open fee.
Moon's terms call the performance fee the House's principal edge on bets. The House is Moon itself, which takes the other side of every bet you place. The fee comes off the profit before the payout is credited. Its size depends on short-term price movement in the market, at rates set in the fee schedule and product specifications. Moon can change the fee schedule at any time by posting a new version on the platform.
Moon's terms also allow periodic holding fees on bets that stay open. Section 8.5 of Moon's terms says product specifications on the platform set how these fees are worked out and charged. Those specifications can be amended. Fees are non-refundable under Moon's terms, except where law or the fee schedule says otherwise. Moon's documents give no holding-fee rate and no charging interval. A separate Moon Legit page on fees sets out each charge in more detail.

What do Moon's terms say about promotions?
Moon's terms let Moon run promotions at its own discretion, each under terms published with the offer. Section 10.1 names fee rebates and referral rewards as examples. Moon's documents make no mention of a welcome bonus, a sign-up bonus or a deposit bonus.
Promotion terms become part of the user's contract with Moon. Section 10.1 says the specific terms of each offer join the agreement once they are published. Section 1.2 adds the privacy policy, risk disclosure, responsible play policy, fee schedule and other posted rules to that agreement. Rules posted on the platform from time to time also count, under the same clause.
Moon also offers play money, a practice balance that needs no real funds. As of October 2026, the help center says you can top the play-money balance back up to $100,000 when it runs out. Moon's fee article points you to a fees menu where you can test the fees. The getting-started guide also points to a fee modal that shows costs for different scenarios.
Moon's terms also ban some betting strategies outright. The banned list covers exploiting latency, pricing delays or feed glitches. Arbitrage that exploits how Moon builds its quoted prices is on the list too. It also covers any method meant to dodge or shrink the performance fee described in Section 9.2. Methods built to remove or sharply cut your downside risk on a bet are banned as well.

What happens after you sign up to Moon with a code?
After signup, Moon requires identity checks before money moves in or out. KYC, short for know your customer, is the identity verification process Moon uses. Moon's help center requires you to submit KYC before your first deposit. Approval of KYC is needed before you can withdraw funds.
Account creation is open only to residents of places where Moon is available and supported. Moon accepts deposits in cryptocurrency only at present. The help center says your first deposit can follow once your email is verified and KYC is submitted. Neither MoonPay nor Pay with Moon is mentioned in Moon's documents. A separate Moon Legit page lists the documents Moon accepts for verification.
Withdrawals carry their own checks under Moon's terms. The terms attach several conditions to a withdrawal: identity checks, AML/CTF screening, minimum and maximum limits, network fees, and published processing times. AML/CTF stands for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing laws. Requests at or above a review threshold that Moon sets get extra screening before release. That screening can include automated, AI-assisted analysis of your betting history and account activity.
You can protect a Moon account with two-factor authentication through an authenticator app. Two-factor authentication adds a second check after the password. After setup, the help center says, the second check also applies when you withdraw or send funds in other ways. Moon supports passkeys for login too. If you lose access to your codes, you write to Moon's account-recovery address from your registered email.

How risky is leverage on Moon.com?
Moon's own leverage guide warns that small price moves can wipe out a Moon.com bet. As of October 2026, the guide puts the maximum leverage at 1000x. At that level, the guide says, a 0.1% move in the wrong direction is enough to lose the full wager.
Moon's guide shows how large the exposure can get: a $100 wager at 1000x controls a $100,000 position. The guide's key rule concerns liquidation. Liquidation is the forced close of a position, and the guide says it happens as soon as losses match the original wager. Moon's terms cap the most you can lose on a bet at the amount you wagered.
Before you confirm a bet, the guide says, the screen displays the price at which you would hit the maximum loss. Moon's terms present the service as entertainment and gaming, meant for recreation. The same terms rule out treating it as investing, trading, brokerage or financial advice. They add that the platform offers no way to buy, sell or hold a digital asset.
Prices on Moon come from outside the platform. Moon's data-feed article says prices are built from independent market sources and oracle infrastructure, which keeps wagering running without breaks. Oracle infrastructure here means systems that feed outside price data into the platform. The leverage guide notes that any profit is still subject to Moon's fee structure. Moon's fee article also says market liquidity is built into how positions close.

Who runs Moon.com, and does Moon have a gaming license?
Moon International Limited runs Moon.com, according to Section 1.1 of Moon's terms. The company was set up under Comoros law with registration number 16151. As of October 2026, the Anjouan gaming regulator's public license register has a row for Moon International Ltd. That row shows the status valid for the domain moon.com.
The register row gives an issue date of January 31, 2026, and an expiry date of January 30, 2027. The registered office named in Moon's terms is in Hamchako, Mutsamudu, on the Autonomous Island of Anjouan. Moon's own documents do not quote a license number for gaming. Moon Legit records only what the register row states, not what the license allows. A separate Moon Legit page weighs whether Moon.com is legit.
Moon's terms name its banned places in Section 3.2, among them the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia and Ontario. The section also bars places hit by country-wide sanctions. Places whose law demands a local gambling or financial-services license that Moon lacks are barred too. Moon may check IP addresses, location data and device fingerprints, and may detect VPNs and proxies, to block access. Moon Legit's restricted-countries page reproduces the full list.
Comoros law governs Moon's terms and any dispute about them. A dispute that cannot be settled informally ends in arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. Any arbitration sits in Moroni, in the Union of the Comoros. Moon's terms state that Moon.com holds no status as a trust company or a licensed custodian. The terms add that the way Moon separates funds cannot promise full recovery if the company fails or suffers a breach.

What we could not verify
Moon Legit could not verify how Moon handles a referral code inside a live account. Nobody on the site opened an account, deposited, placed a bet, withdrew or contacted support for this article. The findings rest on 26 Moon pages retrieved on October 18, 2026: 23 English help-center articles and 3 other moon.com pages.
Account behavior is untested. Moon Legit has not seen whether a signup with ACES turns rakeback on, or how soon it appears under Account, VIP, Rakeback. The help center says affiliate accounts would normally get rakeback, and that word leaves room for exceptions. Payout speed is untested too. Moon's terms say withdrawals follow processing times published on the platform, and those times were not checked.
Several numbers are missing from Moon's documents. Moon's documents give no holding-fee rate and no charging interval. They do not mention any fee discount linked to a referral or promo code. They also make no mention of a welcome, sign-up or deposit bonus. Support quality, VIP Manager response times and the size of the withdrawal review threshold remain unverified.
The Anjouan register row was read as published. Moon Legit records only the company, status, issue date, expiry date and domain shown in that row. It did not assess what the license allows or how the regulator handles complaints. The row shows an expiry date of January 30, 2027. You can open the same register and check the row yourself.

This fee is calculated solely on your wager amount - the amount of capital you commit to the bet and is not calculated on your total leveraged exposure.
However, the Opening Bet Fee is calculated only on your $1,000 wager, resulting in a fee of $10.
